I truly, deeply love dogs.

When I was in elementary school, my family had a dog, but she passed away, and since then, we haven’t had another. Due to my academic commitments, I currently don’t have the time to properly care for a dog. I’ve decided to wait until my living situation and finances are more stable before considering getting one. In the meantime, I often visit dog parks to watch other people's dogs. It's a therapeutic experience for me. I enjoy observing the unique personalities of the dogs, their owners, and the social dynamics between the dogs themselves.

In my location-based drawing project titled "Dog Run in NYC," my favorite part was the interviews. Talking to fellow dog lovers brought me so much joy and relaxation. Dogs serve as a bridge connecting people, and after seeing the cheerful smiles of the dogs, it becomes easier for strangers to lower their guard and connect with each other.
